HELLO THERE!

The University of Hawai'i at Hilo's TRAC Agrotis moth sub-collection was generously donated by Mr. Jon Giffin, a retired Department of Forestry and Wildlife employee.  This website allows entomologists, agriculturalists, entomology students, and other interested peers observe the wing diversity present in endemic Hawaiian Agrotis moths.

As you look through the species categories, you will notice unique wing patterns (hence wing diversity) between individual moths within its species.  Entomologists are still looking into this trait.
